One hour training session with a certified fitness trainer. Client will train in a safe and effective exercise program. Each clients program will be unique for them, their fitness goals, and fitness level. The fitness trainer will use this program to keep track of the clients body composition and fitness measures. This monthly fitness training package also includes a nutrition plan while offering strength training, weight loss, full body workouts, cardio, agility, abdominal and core workouts. This is a monthly training package. The training package purchased MUST be used within 30 days of purchase otherwise remaining training can be forfeit.
