One hour training session with a certified fitness trainer at the requested day & time per week. Client will train in a safe and effective exercise program. Each clients program will be unique for them, their fitness goals, and fitness level. The fitness trainer will use this program to keep track of the clients body composition and fitness measures. Fitness training offers strength training, weight loss, full body workouts, cardio, abdominal and core workouts.
